By accessing or using the website restorerenewrevive.net, downloading any resources, joining our community, registering for events, or purchasing any products or services offered by Restore Renew Revive ("RRR," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Services
Restore Renew Revive provides the following services:
- Free digital resources including the Good Morning Black Dad devotional and other downloadable content
- A faith-centered online community for men focused on fatherhood, accountability, and legacy
- The Black Father's Table podcast
- Physical and digital products including books and courses
- Live and virtual events including the RRR Fatherhood Summit
- Speaking engagements and ministry presentations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Accounts & Registration
Some areas of our platform require you to create an account or register. When you do, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Conduct guidelines.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on restorerenewrevive.net — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, podcast episodes, curriculum materials, and digital downloads — is the property of Restore Renew Revive and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell any RRR content without written permission
- Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization
- Claim ownership of content created by RRR
- Use our content for commercial purposes without a licensing agreement
You may:
- Share links to our website and content for personal, non-commercial use
- Use downloaded free resources for personal growth and use
- Quote brief excerpts with proper attribution to Restore Renew Revive
If you submit content to our community platform, forms, or social channels, you grant RRR a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our mission and services.
Products & Payments
When you purchase products or services from Restore Renew Revive, you agree to the following:
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payment: Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card information.
Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including downloadable PDFs, courses, and digital content, are final. No refunds will be issued once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Products: Returns for physical products (such as books) may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Events
By registering for any RRR event — including the Fatherhood Summit — you agree to the following:
- Event details including date, time, location, and programming are subject to change
- RRR is not responsible for travel, lodging, or related costs incurred by attendees
- Photography and video may be captured at events and used for RRR promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify us in advance
- We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates conduct standards without refund
- Free events carry no refund obligation. Paid events will note their specific refund policy at registration
Community Conduct
Our community exists to foster healing, growth, and brotherhood. To protect that space, all members and participants agree to the following standards:
- Treat all members with dignity and respect
- No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind
- No spam, unsolicited promotion, or solicitation of other members
- No sharing of illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content
- No impersonation of RRR staff, coaches, or other members
- No activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the community or platform
Violations of community conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the community and any related events without notice or refund.
SMS & Email Communications
By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on any RRR form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Restore Renew Revive. These messages may include transactional messages related to your account or registration, and marketing messages including updates, event announcements, and community news.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By submitting your email address on any RRR form, you consent to receive email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Opting out of SMS or email will not affect your access to any free resources you have already downloaded or any paid products you have purchased.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
