A Word to Every Man Here

"This is not just another men's event.
This is not just another workshop.

This is a call."

A call to restore the man. A call to renew the father. A call to revive the legacy. Today we are not standing before you as perfect men — we are standing as men in process. As fathers. As husbands. As men who have been wounded, who have grieved, who have survived seasons they did not know how to explain, and by the grace of God, are still standing.

Before we can talk about restoring fathers, we have to talk about restoring men. Before we can talk about what we give our children, we have to talk about what we are still carrying. Before we can talk about legacy, we have to talk about healing.

— Coach Randy Milner, Founder of Restore Renew Revive

Coach Randy Milner

Founder, Restore Renew Revive

Randy leads the three core sessions of the Summit — Restore the Man, Renew the Father, and Revive the Legacy — drawing from his personal journey and the RRR framework he built to help men heal, lead, and leave something worth passing down.

The Core Teachings

Three Principles to Carry Home

Everything at the Summit points back to these three truths. Write them down. Live them out.

Principle One — Restoration

"A man cannot fully lead from a place he refuses to heal."

Before a man becomes a father, he is first a son. Restoration is not pretending the wound did not happen — it is allowing God to meet you in the place where it did happen. The father can only lead from the health of the man.

Principle Two — Renewal

"A renewed father does not deny his pain. He refuses to let his pain lead his family."

Fatherhood is bigger than biology. It is presence, consistency, and love in action. A father is not just the man who helped create life — he is the man willing to invest his life. Fatherhood is not built in one grand moment; it is built in repeated moments of showing up.

Principle Three — Legacy

"Legacy is not only what you leave behind. Legacy is what you heal before you leave."

What we refuse to heal, we risk handing down. But what we allow God to restore, He can use to bless the next generation. When fathers are healed, families feel it. When fathers are present, communities are transformed.

The Framework

Three Movements. One Man Deciding to Be Restored.

01

Restore the Man

Before I Was a Father, I Was a Wounded Son

Healing childhood wounds. Addressing shame and silence. Reclaiming identity from what was done to you — and what you have done.

"Sometimes the father we become is shaped by the son we never healed from being."

02

Renew the Father

My Children Needed Me

Communication with your children. Leadership in your home. Rebuilding trust that was broken — whether by absence, anger, or silence.

"Pain — you do not get to drive. God gets to drive. Purpose gets to drive. Healing gets to drive."

03

Revive the Legacy

What We Heal Can Bless Generations

Community leadership. Breaking generational cycles. Becoming the example your children and grandchildren point to for the rest of their lives.

"Legacy is not only what you leave behind. Legacy is what you heal before you leave."
